REFUND POLICY

Because our products are handcrafted and made with care, we want you to love every part of your body care ritual. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

 

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on soaps or any personal care items.

 

But if there’s a problem with your order…

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bellisskincareuk@gmail.com with your order number and a photo if applicable. We’re happy to help with:

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective – email us with photo evidence of the damage/defect

  • Missing or incorrect products

  • an invalid address was entered in at checkout- If you realize that you placed an order with an invalid address, email us BEFORE your order ships out and we will cancel the order and refund you. After your order ships out, we are no longer responsible for the invalid address associated with the order; the order will arrive to whatever address you entered in at checkout.

We’ll always do our best to make it right

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
